What is anxiety?
Anxiety attacks are a sense of uneasiness, fear or worry that can be mild or severe.
Everyone has worries or troubles in their lives and anxiety is normal in this day to day context.
However, some people have trouble controlling their worries and anxiety levels and can be overwhelmed by anxiety.
Their anxiety feelings are more constant and can affect their daily life significantly and that’s where I come in to be able to help you to regain control.

Psychological Symptoms Of Anxiety
General Anxiety Disorder may cause changes in your behaviour and the ways you think and feel about situations, creating symptoms like:
- A sense of dread
- Feeling constantly “on edge” and worrying
- Difficulty concentrating
- Being irritable
Symptoms may cause people to withdraw from social situations (social anxiety) to avoid feelings of worry and dread.
They can also find going to work difficult and stressful and withdraw from work. These behaviours can make people worry even more about themselves and increase their lack of self-esteem and stress.
Physical Symptoms Of Anxiety
- A strong, fast or irregular heartbeat
- Muscle aches and tension
- Trembling or shaking
- Dry mouth
- Excessive sweating
- Shortness of breath
- Stomach ache
- Feeling sick
- Pins and needles
- Difficulty falling or staying asleep
