What is NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming ?
NLP or neuro linguistic programming is a modern psychological approach devised in the 1960’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Initially they studied how we process information and communicated.
NLP has advanced rapidly and grew around the world expanding from personal development to business to sports and performance enhancement and much much more.
Sometimes we run programmes in our brains that don’t serve us as we need them to.
In the most simple of ways we are talking about habits, beliefs and values.
Some might even include emotional baggage in that too and with NLP we can change all this.
NLP allows us to make changes to the things that we want to change from the things we don’t want.
That means your experience of life can be far better than you have and actually what you want.
In reality it gives us all tools to change our behaviour for more emotional freedom and happiness.
